Lyophilized Exosomes CD63-EGFP from HEK293 cells
These purified exosomes (small EVs) were isolated from human kidney cells (HEK293 cell line) by a combination of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC). They express the fluorescent protein EGFP as fusion protein with the tetraspanin CD63. The fluorophore is bright and highly stable and can therefore be used for in vitro tracking studies or for assay calibration and verification for various techniques, like F-NTA, Flow Cytometry, ELISA or Western Blot.
They are delivered in lyophilized form for long term stability (up to 12 month).
